– Opening speeches were made. Short speeches were made by the President of the Turkish Sports Writers Association, TOSSFED President and the project coordinator about the objectives and agenda of the meeting.
– The project was introduced. A presentation was made about the objectives, outputs and progress of the project.
– Project partners were introduced. Introductions of the institutions involved in the project were made and information was given about the contributions of the partners to the project.
– The needs of coaches and families were discussed. The results of the interviews with coaches and families were shared and how the project could meet these needs were discussed.
– Cooperation mechanisms were developed. Several mechanisms were developed to strengthen cooperation between the partners of the project.
